Marinate 2 lbs. of flank steak in:
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
1 lg. Clove garlic, minced
2 T. sugar
2 T. vegetable oil
1/2 t. ginger
Put all ingredients in a ziploc bag and place steak inside. Refrigerate overnight, turning once. Grill on medium high heat for 4-5 minutes per side.
Let rest 10 minutes and slice thinly against the grain.
